Tech NOW provides on‑site computer repair services across all Dublin postcodes, including Northside, Southside, City Centre, and surrounding suburbs.
Do you offer same day call-outs?
Yes. Same‑day service is available depending on technician availability. Early bookings have the best chance of same‑day support.
What types of devices do you repair?
We repair Windows PCs, laptops, all‑in‑ones, home office setups, Wi‑Fi networks, printers, and most consumer tech used in residential homes.
What types of devices do you not repair?
We do not repair Tablets, Mobile Phones or any Apple products.
Can you fix my computer at my home?
Absolutely. Tech NOW is an on‑site repair service, meaning we come directly to your home to diagnose and fix issues.
What if my computer needs parts?
If replacement parts are required, we’ll advise you on the best options and can source and install them for you.
How much does it cost?
An on-site visit costs €65 when booked online and includes 60 minutes of labour. If additional time or parts are required these will be quoted separately and you will be given the option to proceed or decline. The €65 call-out charge is payable in all instances and is non refundable if you decline to proceed with a quoted repair. It costs us more to process bookings by phone, please note a €10 telephone booking fee applies to all bookings made via our call centre.
Can you help with slow computers or performance issues?
Yes. We specialise in speeding up slow PCs and laptops, removing unnecessary software, fixing startup problems, and improving overall performance.
Do you remove viruses or malware?
Yes. We offer full virus/malware removal, security checks, and installation of recommended protection tools.
Can you help set up a new computer or home office?
Definitely. We can set up new devices, transfer data, configure printers, optimise Wi‑Fi, and ensure everything works smoothly.
Do you provide support to businesses?
No, we currently only support residential customers. Business IT systems often have additional complexities such as servers, legacy software, network management, security requirements, and specialised applications. By focusing on home users, we can provide a faster and more personalised service to our customers.
Do you offer remote support?
No. We do not provide remote support under any circumstances.
